Processing & Production Time All of our products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. During peak seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can make it right.
